St. Louis, MO (April 1, 2025) – Impact Alliance LLC today announced that it has been acquired by the DFC Manufacturing
Group LLC. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
DFC Manufacturing Group is the leading maker of dies and plates with locations across the United States.
For over twenty years Impact Alliance has been a leading die shop based in Alpharetta, Georgia, specializing in providing
high-quality tooling for packaging companies across the United States. Their product offerings include steel rule dies,
inline embossing dies, counterplates, stripping tools, and blanking tools. Impact Alliance has maintained a commitment
to exceptional customer service and customized solutions.
