St. Louis, MO (December 18, 2025) – Cal Plate Acquisition Corporation (“Cal Plate”) today announced that it
has been acquired by the DFC Manufacturing Group, LLC (“DFC”). Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
DFC Manufacturing Group is a leading maker of dies and plates with operations across the United States.
Founded in 1966, Cal Plate has long been recognized as a leader in printing plate manufacturing, die making,
and custom decals through its Airmark division. The company serves the corrugated and flexible packaging
industries throughout the Western United States and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality
products and outstanding customer service. Cal Plate will continue to operate at its existing facilities in Artesia,
Whittier, Fowler, and Turlock, California; Phoenix, AZ; and Salt Lake City, UT.
