Illinois-based Gemini Acquires F&H Ribbon Co.
Roxana, IL (September 28, 2017) – Promotional products manufacturer Gemini Industries today announced its acquisition of F&H Ribbon Co., the leading provider of award ribbons and rosettes for the awards and recognition industry. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Founded in Dallas in 1962, F&H Ribbon designs and manufactures highly customized award ribbons, neck ribbons, rosettes, sashes, banners, celluloid buttons, certificates and folders, and also carries a full lines of medals, award pins and tiaras. Gemini’s acquisition of F&H Ribbon will expand Gemini’s product offering to the promotional products and awards and recognition industry. Gemini shares F&H’s commitment to manufacturing its product in the United States, and will continue F&H’s heritage of manufacturing high quality, customized ribbons and rosettes, along with exceptional customer service and rapid delivery.

Gemini was established in St. Louis in 1954, and later the company re-located and built its current facility in Roxana, IL, to expand production and better serve its customers.
