Jason is the Chief Operating Officer of Confluent Holdings, and he is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the Confluent family of companies. Jason has been an operating executive and advisor of more than 15 leading companies over the past 16 years. These companies, which ranged in size from pre-revenue to over $10 billion in sales, spanned the globe and participated in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining Confluent Holdings, Jason was the Founder and President of PAGE Ventures, where he successfully led the transformation of a neglected, multi-site franchise in western New York state. Previously, Jason was an Operating Partner at Bain Capital, a private equity firm with $80 billion under management. During his thirteen-year tenure with Bain Capital, Jason advised management teams at 12 companies, including Maxim Crane Rentals (industrial rentals), D&M Holdings (electronics equipment), and Physio-Control (medical devices), among many others. His responsibilities at these companies included establishing the business strategy, attracting new talent, growing sales, increasing productivity, and leading the execution of a variety of improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jason was an executive at Surebridge, a technology services company, where he completed 3 acquisitions and managed operations. Prior to Surebridge, Jason spent three years with Bain & Company, where he was a strategy consultant for manufacturing and health care companies.
Jason received a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
